Small melting units with power ratings ranging from 10 kw to 30kw are fully integrated systems comprising of a Power supply unit, a Hand operated tilting furnace and a cooling water unit all fitted together on a suitable trolley.

These integrated melting systems are designed for melting small metal samples in Mini-steel plants to ascertain its composition of charge prior to loading it into the furnace and for melting small chunk of metal from the runners/risers or a part of casting itself to confirm the composition of the casting in Foundries.
