Brazing is the process of joining two or more pieces of metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, iron and steel with a molten filler metal such as silver, aluminum alloy or copper.
Unlike flame brazing and Furnace brazing, with Induction heating, intense heat can be generated rapidly and precisely over the joint. It is not necessary to heat the entire part. Very little heat that is applied to the joint is lost by conduction to rest of the parts thus eliminating any metallurgical changes or distortion to the part.
Brazing Power units are supplied with suitable hand held matching transformers which are a convenient tool for use in both production lines and repair-shops for joining machinery parts, Electrical Busbars and conductors
Induction brazing result in much cleaner joints and with good fixtures, power and timing and temperature controls, brazed joints of good quality and consistent results can be produced even by operators with average skills.
These Soldering and Brazing Equipments are also supplied with different Parts
Handling systems to meet different applications.
Innovative users continue to discover new applications hitherto unheard of.
In introducing these systems at attractive prices, HF Power has broken the myth, that solid state induction heating brazing systems are very expensive
